Art you can hold. Moments you can share.
MAHORA began with a love of Mahjong and a desire to bring a new artistic perspective to the table. We create original American Mahjong designs that celebrate the pleasure of play and the beauty of the objects we choose to live with.
From a shared game to a personal collection
Mahjong brings people together through conversation, concentration, and the rhythm of a shared game. We honor that spirit while exploring a more personal expression of the tiles: distinctive colors, expressive artwork, and designs you can enjoy long after the final hand.
For us, a Mahjong set is both a companion to memorable gatherings and an object worth collecting.
Designed in layers
Acrylic is central to our creative process. Its clarity and depth allow color, pattern, and light to interact in unexpected ways. Our approach brings together layered structures, considered color combinations, reverse printing, and hand-painted details, with techniques varying by design.
Printing beneath clear acrylic surfaces adds dimension to the artwork and invites a closer look. From a simple composition to a richly layered design, each collection explores a different balance of texture, color, and transparency.
A collection with character
Leopard patterns, emerald tones, pearlescent lilac, and playful fruit artwork each bring a different mood to the table. Our collections are designed for people who appreciate original design and want their Mahjong set to feel distinctly their own.

Your vision, thoughtfully considered
Alongside our retail collections, we welcome inquiries from retailers, brands, and clients interested in wholesale or private design projects. We discuss the artwork, colors, quantities, and production possibilities with you, then confirm the scope, pricing, and timing before an order is agreed.
MAHORA is our expression of craftsmanship, design, and the joy of gathering.
