About MAHORA

This store is operated by 特英谷国际贸易（海口）有限公司, trading as MAHORA. These terms apply to your use of mahora.vip and purchases from this store. Our store is hosted on Shopify; MAHORA is the seller responsible for your order.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or have the appropriate authorization. Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, or misuse another person's information.

Products and descriptions

Our five current Mahjong sets each contain 160 Mahjong tiles only. Accessories, including racks, pushers, dice, wind indicators, a carrying case, and a playing or rules card, are not included. Review the individual product specifications before ordering. Screen settings and lighting may affect the appearance of colors; this does not exclude your rights if an item is defective or materially different from its description. Contact us if you need help verifying tile composition or suitability for your preferred style of play.

Prices and orders

Prices are displayed in US dollars. Review the final total, applicable tax information, and any shipping charge shown before submitting payment. MAHORA covers import duties for shipments to the United States as described in our shipping policy.

If an item is unavailable or a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the issue. We will not substitute a materially different item or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled items and any associated refundable charges.

Shipping

US orders of $99 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders below $99, contact support@mahora.vip before ordering for an actual shipping quote; standard online checkout is not currently available for those orders. Orders ship from China. We begin arranging shipment on the day payment is received; this is not a promise of same-day carrier collection. Estimated transit is 5–10 business days after dispatch. If we cannot ship within the applicable promised or legally required time, we will notify you and provide the option to agree to a revised shipment date or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund, as required by applicable law.

Returns and product concerns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, or other reasons unrelated to a product issue. Promotional and sale items are final sale for those reasons. These restrictions do not exclude remedies for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, or rights that cannot be excluded by law. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide appropriate instructions. See our Return Policy.

Custom and wholesale inquiries

Design scope, quantities, pricing, timing, and any specific terms for a custom or wholesale project are confirmed individually before an order is agreed. A product listed in the Private Custom collection does not automatically include personalization.

Content and third-party services

Do not reproduce or commercially use content owned by MAHORA without permission, except where allowed by law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Links to other websites do not make MAHORA responsible for their content or services. Your personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights and updates

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We may update these terms for future use of the store; an update does not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact us with questions or concerns so we can work to resolve them.
